Cancellation Rights – Important – Please read:
Where cancellation rights apply, we will not start work for a period of 14 days from the “Agreement Date” ONLY if you expressly ask us to.
This is because we aim to sell your property as fast as possible.
The sooner all these services are completed the faster we can sell your property.
You will be asked to sign and date our declaration to confirm your instructions to start the work you have purchased before the 14 days have elapsed.
DECLARATION:
1/ Please start on the work I have purchased immediately.
2/ I understand by instructing these suppliers to start work before the 14 days (no obligation) cancellation period expires. I will become liable for any costs and expenses incurred during this period. I expect that this liability exists.
3/ If I then choose to cancel this contract, I also understand that where, on my instructions, the full service has been performed within the cancellation period, my cancellation rights will cause to exist in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, cancellation, and additional charges) Regulations 2013.
4/ When you sign the declaration this will be by electronic signature.
5/ It will also be dated.
6/ In our back office it will also be logged at what time of the day you signed the declaration.
7/ We would like to bring you to the attention of the Consumer Contracts (Information, cancellation, and additional charges) Regulations 2013.
