1. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you use any eEureka service or professional services which have been sent by e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. In return, we will also communicate with you electronically in a variety of ways, such as by e-mail, or maybe even by text, or possibly by posting e-mail messages or communications on the website.
For contractual purposes, we must make you aware that you are agreeing to all contracts, agreements, or any notices posted, plus any disclosures and other communications that we provide you electronically. We like to point out that what eEureka supply satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Unless they are mandatory applicable by-laws that specifically require a different form of communication.
2. Conditions of Sale
These Conditions of Sale will all govern the sale of any professional products or services offered by eEureka to you.
You will see that eEureka offer a wide range of professional services, which we will also be looking to update & improve plus sometimes these may come with additional terms which we will have to apply.
When you use any eEureka professional service you will also be subject to the terms, guidelines and conditions applicable to that professional service company who supply their service.
If you have any issues with any of these companies we request that you report this direct to eEureka immediately. We will act on your report & communicate back all our findings as quickly as possible.
3. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION UP TO 14 DAYS, EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION.
STATUTORY RIGHT
We would like to make you aware that you can cancel your order without giving any reason, this will start the day after you agree to go ahead with the service purchase. If you want to cancel any purchase agreement, the Consumer Credit Act gives you a 14–day cooling–off period to cancelyour agreement.
Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, we must point out that if you have purchased any of our professional services & that service has been started or completed then that function will not be refunded. This is because that service has been agreed at the point of sale on the knowledge that your cooling-off period rights have been explained if you wish to cancel your contract.
You must inform us (eEureka, by email from within our option on the web site or Hesk link (check with Daren) of your decision to cancel your order.

You can submit your request according to with the instructions and forms available on our Returns Support Centre, by contacting us, or using this form.
When you use the return centre, by contact, or form we will communicate back to you with an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.
For you to meet the cancellation deadline, it is very important that you send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired.
EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the services you have purchased from eEureka as long as none of the professional services has been started or completed by the time you have sent your cancellation request, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication.
We will only use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction when we complete any refund.
You will not incur any fees as a result of your cancellation as long as NO service has started when we make any reimbursement.
However, we must point out that we will check with our professional companies we use that none of their services you have requested has been started or completed. We will withhold any reimbursement until we have received this confirmation. We will make immediate contact with our suppliers for this confirmation & this should not take more than a few days to receive from our suppliers, or whichever is the earliest.
If reimbursement occurs after the maximum time mentioned above, then the amount due to you will be viewed by eEureka & decided by looking after both rights of you the purchaser & us the supplier.
Once we receive this acknowledgement, we will make any refund.
If any services have been started or completed then we must make you aware that you will have to bear the direct cost & be liable for any of these professional services purchased. (except when it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the professional services).
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
· the delivery of professional services which are not suitable for return or have been completed.
· Any situation where the protection of personal health or for hygienic reasons do not harm anyone.
· Any professional services which have been supplied which have been made to your specifications or personalized.
· Any professional services which are supplied which may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
· Any professional services which have been supplied by eEureka which has been fully performed as requested and you accepted when you placed your order.
· This order has been started in any way or delivered to you.
· The supply of any professional digital content (including apps, digital software, photos etc) which is not supplied on a tangible medium.
