Your details will be sent across to the professional photography company for them to contact you directly to arrange a time & date to visit your property to take photos.
They will arrange with you to send a professional photographer to capture your property in its best possible light.
What is required for a PHOTOSHOOT?
Regarding what is required by each vendor/seller in preparation for the professional photoshoot is important! This is what we call “Staging your home” before our visit, please ensure your property is clean & tidy and clutter-free. This sets inside the mind of purchasers what your home will look like for them once they move in. In our experience, homes that have been staged before the shoot, achieve the best results. This is why we work with professionals so that we can help sell your home.
On the day of the appointment, the professional photographer may wish to conduct additional home staging or may advise you to move items that have been overlooked to achieve the best shot. We would like to point out that they do these professional shoots every day & will always be looking after your interest in every case. However, you can say NO to a photo/s if you want to. The photographer will not be responsible for any tidying or cleaning of your property that is down to you.
Another one of the services we can also offer is the removal of items from photos to allow each room to look clean & tidy. The professional photographer when they attend your home will explain what they can do regarding enhancement & what is not possible. This is very much a case of both parties working together to reach the result of making your home look as attractive as possible to increase the chances of selling your home.
What does a professional photographer give you:
01: ARRANGING THE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY APPOINTMENT:
Once you have placed your order with us, we will send your details to the service company who will arrange for the professional photography representative to make an appointment within 2 working days or whenever is suitable to you the vendor / key holder.
If you would like any specific shots, then just discuss these with the service company when placing the order. Some supplies offer the option to write your request in the notes section.
02: ABOUT THE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY APPOINTMENT:
The photoshoot takes around 45 minutes, depending on the size of the property.
If you have ordered a Floor Plan it will be sketched at the same appointment, so please allow another 30 minutes for this.
03: BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT:
Before the shoot is taken, discuss with the supply company if they could send you a copy of their Home Staging Guide. Please read this information carefully to ensure that your property is clean & tidy before their visit.
In our experience properties that are clean & tidy show the property in the best light, which achieves the best shots. If the property is messy on arrival, the appointment may need to be rescheduled! Or give yourself extra time to work with the photographer to set up your property photography/s.
04: MEETING THE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER:
We recommend that you meet/discuss with the photographer where possible prior to your appointment – so you can discuss your preferences & expectations for the shoot.
05: ABOUT THE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER:
You should find these professional photographers are very friendly, they’re creative & will be dressed smart casual. If this is not the case then we would appreciate it if you would notify us of this.
Our photographers don’t use props & won’t be responsible for cleaning or tidying your property before the shoot. This will be under your control throughout the photoshoot.
06: AT THE APPOINTMENT:
On the day of the shoot, they will send their professional photographer to your property to capture all the best shots & angles – using all the latest equipment.
During the shoot, the photographer may ask the property vendor / key holder to move items or objects – to achieve the best shot.
07: AFTER THE APPOINTMENT:
After the shoot, they will ask you to pick the best photos from the shoot that you want to use for marketing your property.
If you have purchased the service of enhancements, then they will add to your photos the professional enhancements which might include things like blue skies, colour correction, shadow reduction & cropping & straightening which will all be explained to you – to ensure your property looks it’s best!
08: AFTER PHOTOSHOOT: (NEW)
Once the photoshoot has been completed then they will send you the final photos for you to view & print. If you are happy with the outcome of your photos then you need to send them to the online marketing company you are using. In this case, send these photos to eEureka.com to download onto your advert being built on your behalf. However, if you would like to have your photos enhanced then you just need to go into your dashboard click against enhancements & we will confirm your request immediately with the supply company & pay them.
09: AFTER ENHANCEMENT PHOTOSHOOT: (NEW)
Once all the enhancement work has been completed then they will send you the final photos for you to print & send to the online marketing company you are using. In this case, send these photos to eEureka.com to download onto your advert being built on your behalf.
